A capacity audience at Skipton Town Hall gave a warm welcome to Andres Segovia, the Spanish guitarist, who appeared at the second concert of the season of the local Music Club. Skipton was the only northern centre, apart from Liverpool, included in Segovia's present concert tour, so his visit was a notable event.
