Brian Noble has promised this week's bad weather will not affect preparations for Saturday's crunch cup tie.
Recent downpours have left the Apperley Bridge training pitch heavy, but the Bulls coach insists his players can still prepare properly for their trip to Wilderspool in the Challenge Cup fourth round.
"It has not been ideal but we will still go into the game with the preparation how we want it," said Noble, who will be looking to avoid a repeat of last year's early exit to Leeds when they take on Warrington at the 'zoo' live on Grandstand.
"The reality is that at this time of year the facilities will not be perfect and you can't always do the things you want.
"The ground is heavy and we have to do some things a little differently. It is important in training that you avoid a dampening in the legs that heavy surfaces lead to. We want to keep them light and sharp and we are doing that in a variety of ways."
Noble will inform the players on Thursday of the team for the Wolves game with at least two youngsters likely to feature in a squad that will lack Tevita Vaikona and Michael Withers - both recovering from off-season operations.
