A hat-trick of tries by winger Mark Doherty, who has returned from Harrogate, helped put Morley to the sword by 37-7 before a bumper North Division One crowd at Moorend.
As Morley had won the Scatcherd Lane encounter earlier in the season, the re-match was eagerly awaited, but it wasn't until the 29th minute that the first points arrived.
Cleckheaton hooker Steve Bishop broke off the back of a rolling maul to go in for a try, Alex Green missing the conversion.
However, the hosts were back in the driving seat three minutes later, and when the ball was worked out to Doherty he was off like a train to go in for a try, Green converting.
In first-half injury time, No 8 Oliver Ackroyd went in for a try to put leaders Cleckheaton 17-0 up.
It wasn't until the 55th minute that Morley got their only points of the game when Cleckheaton's defence were caught flat-footed and Martin Dobson went in for a try, former Welsh international Colin Stephens converting.
However, the hosts then stepped up a gear, Green landing a 58th-minute penalty. Doherty crossed in the 64th and 69th minutes, the latter from a 30-yard run, to complete his hat-trick, Green converting his second effort.
But not to be outdone, the forwards worked hard to send Ackroyd on a 25-yard run for a try in the 76th minute.
