Victoria Rangers will be desperate to end their disastrous losing streak when they travel to Victoria Vikings in the third round of the Pennine President's Cup tomorrow.

The Vics have gone off the boil since looking certain promotion candidates from Pennine Division One after a marvellous start to the season.

Last week they lost heavily to Odsal Sedbergh in the semi-final of the Jack Senior Memorial Bradford Cup, and once again they face a potential banana skin in the shape of Pudsey-based Second Division side Vikings.

Second-row forward John Beanland is doubtful with a leg injury for Rangers.

In the Premier Division, Birkenshaw travel to third-placed Ovenden looking for a victory that will keep them firmly snapping at the heels of leaders Siddal, who have an easy outing at Lindley Swifts.

Queensbury know that a home win against lowly St Josephs will catapult them back into the top four. And while Bury are not firing on all cylinders in attack, their mean defence should snuff out any challenge from their Huddersfield visitors.

Top match in Division One is between old foes West Bowling A and Clayton at Emsley's Rec. Bowling are handily placed for promotion should any of the leaders falter, but Clayton are cock-a-hoop following their excellent win over pacesetters Thornhill Trojans last time out.

The third-round Shipley Trophy tie between Wyke and Liversedge should finally get underway at Towngate.

The visitors have a similar playing record to the black and whites, but are a division higher. Veteran full back Darren Barraclough returns to Wyke's squad.

In Division Four Undercliffe face a huge task at home to unbeaten leaders Newsome Panthers while Thornton will be looking for a rare double at Bank Top Harriers in a clash which could decide who fills the second promotion spot behind Bailiff Bridge. Thornton will be without the injured Damien Birkett (knee) and Dave Williams (back), with Simon Hall and Tony Parkinson filling the breach.
