Nicky Law believes City can be home and dry by cashing in on a glut of games at Valley Parade.

The Bantams host Walsall tomorrow to kick off a spree of three in eight days at the Bradford & Bingley Stadium.

With Leicester to come on Tuesday and Crystal Palace's twice-postponed visit now rescheduled for next Saturday, Law's men have a golden chance to rubber-stamp their First Division future.

Five of the next six games are at home, paving the way for City to snap up the 12 points needed to hit the 50-point safety mark.

Law said: "I have told the players that we could have achieved our goal within the next few weeks. Four of them are certainly winnable and with the way we're playing at the moment there's no reason why we can't get something out of all of them.

"It would be great to get to a position when we can relax and then challenge ourselves to see how far we can go without the pressure of watching the results of teams around us."

City could secure their second double of the season tomorrow if they can follow up the 1-0 win at Bescot Stadium in September.

Walsall are two points behind in 20th spot but Law, who watched them lose at Stoke on Wednesday, said: "Looking at both sides I just think we've got so much more.

"I think we've got something about us again. At Coventry we looked as good as we have done for a long time and with Dave Wetherall back we had that steel in the side and organisation."

City will be wary of another Brighton-style banana skin. Wetherall warned: "Most people ear-marked that game for a victory and look what happened."

City's match against Burnley at Turf Moor has been re-arranged for Tuesday, March 25.
