Long Lee Under-11s extended their lead at the top of the table with a 7-3 victory over Cross Roads. Myrosh allen opened with a quality chip followed by Craig Donegan and James Marshall. Cross Roads hit back with three quality goals to make it 3-3 at the break. Matthew Kershaw notched a second half hat-trick leaving Myrosh Allen to finish the scoring in style. Tim Sale and Craig Donegan shared the match point.

Long Lee Under-8s A played host to Oakworth Under-8s A in front of a big crowd. The pace was frantic and there were lots of chances, but Liam Baker scored the only goal of the first half for Long Lee. Oakworth piled on the pressure but couldn't make the break through as Long Lee claimed a vital win. George Knight had a great game in goal and was backed up by defensive performances from Kyle Todd and Luke Ireland. Matty Mares was man of the match.

Long Lee Under-10s A beat Sutton Rascals 4-1, but were fortunate to take the lead with an own goal, but the Rascals levelled before the break. Thomas Arthurs volleyed home and Chris Smith slid home the fourth goal. Sean Quinlan was man of the match.

Long Lee Juniors girls team continued their friendly fixtures, running up a 9-1 victory at Bolton Woods. With ages ranging from six to 13 years the girls played some excellent passing football. Sophie Taylor and Bernie O'Horo weighed in with four goals each and Lucy Smail also got her name on the scoresheet. Long Lee Under-12s A continued their run with a 9-1 win at Sandy lane. James Bailey, Zak Peat and Aaron Stack were on target with two goals each, supported by goals from Jake Yaxley, Same Rooke and James Smail.

Long Lee Under-14s played well by went down 7-1 to league leaders Wyke. Ross bailey scored a fine consolation goal for the Keighley side after some fine work from Craig Morris.

Silsden Under 14s A beat Thornton 3-0 with man of the match Lee McGowan heading home the first. McGowan also combined with John Butcher for the second, with Butcher completing the scoring. Sam Dowgill once again put in a hard working performance backed up by Charles Clegg, Jonas Bartle, Ross Croad and Clark Greenwood.

Oakworth under 13s kept up their League Cup run with an 8-0 win over Sedbergh. Oaks applied pressure on from the start and were soon 6-0 up with goals from Glen Walbank (2), Kurtis Towler (2), Chris Royston, and Adam Spencer. The second half was not as intense but the Oaks still managed to score two more goals through Andrew Fox and Paul Owens. Kurtis Towler was man of the match.

Oakworth Juniors Soccer Camp Under-6s played their first game this week which finished in an 8-0 victory over Bradford Tigers. All the boys enjoyed themselves in a game played on the all weather surface at Oakbank Sports College which is perfect for small sided games for young teams. Oaks goalscorers were Ross Meegan (2), Oliver Huck (2), Ben Wedge (2), Ben Howell, and Peter Kus.

During the half term break, coaches from Oakworth Juniors held a series of coaching sessions for pupils at Oakworth, Nessfield and Haworth Primary schools. Almost a hundred pupils took part including 24 girls. Sessions were broken up into game related ball skills, passing, dribbling and shooting. The sessions formed part of the Club's ambition to apply for Charter Development/Community Club status which is the ultimate award for Junior Football Clubs. The Club aims to carry out further sessions at other schools in the summer holidays.

Sutton Rascals Under-8s B team continued their good form with a 3-1 win at Long Lee. William Storrie and Harry Eastbury scored the goals in a fine team performance. Willaim Storrie opened the scoring with a well taken goal following a perfect cross from Harry Eastbury. Harry scored a second from the penalty spot. Long Lee rallied well after pulling back a goal but Eastbury settled the match with another good goal. George Meehan worked hard in defence and Sam Bailey performed well in midfield.

Silsden Under-11s B just missed out as they slipped to a 2-1 defeat in their top of the table clash with West Lane B despite some excellent team work. Tom Wilson supplied some excellent passes and Sam Woods scored from the penalty spot. Goalkeeper Tom Parrar was man of the match.

Oakbank Juniors Under-10s A beat top of the table Wyke Wanderers 2-0 to keep their title hopes alive. Josh Stubbs, Joe Gaughan and Josh Kaine put them in command in the first half but they were unable to break down a very good home defence. The second half was much the same with Oakbank playing classy football and Wyke were shut out by solid defensive work from captain Nico Earwaker and Jordan Nurse. The breakthrough came with 10 minutes remaining when Kaine rampaged down the left wing and crossed for Gaughan to score. Wyke hit back, but any thoughts of a draw were dashed when a long kick from keeper Tom Cartwright found Danny Kaye who fed Gaughan who smashed the ball passed the home keeper.

Oakbank Juniors Under-10s B paid the penalty after travelling to Bolton woods without a recognised forward. They were 3-0 down shortly after the break but they continued to battle and were rewarded when Ben Helliwell scored a consolation goal. Liam Almond was man of the match.

Oakbank Under-9s were away to on-form and goalkeeper Jack Emmett made some fabulous saves, backed up by a tight defence provided by Josh Bellamy and Ben Roe, Shipley took the lead with a goal just before half time. Oakbank showed they had true spirit and pulled together, with great play from Adam Sheppard, Ross Kelly and Ryan Stubbs in midfield. Shipley showed why they are unbeaten this season by defending wave after wave of pressure from Oakbank, with minutes to go a through ball by Matthew Lee was hit first time by Lewis Wrathall to secure a 1-1 draw.

Oakworth Under-8s played two games over the weekend, beating a much improved sutton side 5-1 on Saturday with goals from Deniel Meegan, Ryan Cox, Jackson rouse, Luke McDermott and Jack Davison. Ryan Cox and Daniel Meegan shared the man of the match award.

On Sunday Oaks played away to rivals Long Lee and lost 1-0 despite being on top for most of the game. They could not beat the Long Lee goalie and a second half strike was disallowed. Daniel Meegan collected his second man of the match award.
