Children at Laycock Primary School, pictured above, have turned over a new leaf.
Pupils - and staff - dressed up as their favourite characters from books to celebrate World Book Day.
A winner and runner-up were chosen from each of the school's four classes. They were: Class one - 1 Megan Jones, 2 Lauren Thornton; class two - 1 James Lewis, 2 Charlie Rhodes; class three - 1 Lizzie Nixon, 2 Abbygayle Shellabear; class four - 1 Kayleigh Townson, 2 Jack Nixon.
