GLUSBURN children have been playing host to visitors from around the world.
They have been learning about different cultures from the residents of Ghana, Asia, India and Senegal, as well as from the Sikh community of Bradford.
The visitors have been explaining to the pupils about various aspects of their cultures, and leading them in dance, drama and music workshops. This is the first time the school has held such an event, and although the teachers say it may not become an annual one, it is sure to be repeated.
"The children have really enjoyed it. It has really helped them develop an understanding of different cultures and faiths," the school's Janet Wood said.
