MARTIN BOTTOMLEY produced a superb openers innings to help Keighley to an impressive win over manning Mills on Saturday.
The young batsman stroked his way to a stylish half century and was partnered for much of the time by Stuart Ratcliffe who scored 52 as the produced a second-wicket partnership of 62.
Earlier the Lawkholme bowlers had Manningham struggling at 99-6, but they recovered to reach 201-9 with opener Khalid Mehmood making 63 and Manzoor Hussain 49 not out at No 8, adding 57.
Australian Darren Docksey took 4-63 and Ross Towler captured 3-51.
The four-wicket win has left Keighley in third place in the league just three points beind local rivals Bradford & Bingley with top club Saltaire a further nine points ahead.
Keighley 2nd XI also clocked up a good four-wicket win over the Manningham club with Alan Broadley scoring an impressive half century.
Alan Birkett took four wickets as the visitors were shot out for 117.
