Saltaire Primary School has won an award for its Dramatic Arts Club.
Education Extra, a national charity, made the award in recognition of the school's out-of-school-hours provision.
Saltaire is one of 300 schools throughout the country to receive an award.
Head teacher Kevin Keogan said: "This is a wonderful achievement and reflects the hard work and dedication of all involved in the club. The Schools Extra Award is in recognition of our commitment to the enrichment of young people's education."
The school also runs a gardening club, a chess club, two football teams, a netball squad, French and Spanish clubs, Recorders, the school magazine Ready Salted and Wonderstuff, run by St Peter's Church.
"The schools that have won Schools Extra Awards are shining examples of some of the best practice in the field," said John Crossman, acting director of Education Extra.
