OAKBANK Juniors have joined forces with the open age club, Keighley Shamrocks, and have arrived on the professional scene with a bang.
The club have three players joining Bradford City on one year contracts int he coming season. Nico Earwaker will be playing for the Under-11s, Joe Gaughan will play for both the Under-10s and Under-11s due to his age and Mathew Lee willplay for the Under-9s.
In addition Jordan Nurse has been on trials with Burnley and James Lee has attracted interest from clubs including Manchester United, Leeds United, Blackburn Rovers and Bradford City.
"The future certainly looks rosy for the club and we would like to welcome any players who want to join," said a club spokesman.
Training sessions are held at Marley from 10am-12pm on Saturdays for Under-14s with all other ages from Under-7s and upwards on training on the Astro-Turf at marley from 1.00-2.30pm on Saturday afternoons.
Pre-season training starts on Saturday, August 2.
