The Bulls are playing Leeds tonight, but Mike Forshaw doesn't believe they will be again in the season finale.

He admits Leeds are the team to beat in Super League at the moment, but isn't convinced that the sides will meet in the Grand Final in October.

Forshaw was one of a number of heroes when the sides met in the Challenge Cup final earlier in the season, and also starred at Odsal when the Rhinos were thrashed in May.

But when asked if the Rhinos will be the opponents come Old Trafford time, he replied: "I wouldn't have thought so."

Forshaw, who is fighting a niggling injury to be fit for this one, is more impressed with other sides in the competition

"Leeds are the team to beat at the moment, and haven't lost at their place yet.

"But you have to look at other sides.

"Saints are beginning to creep back into it and you can never discount Wigan.

"But then it might be one of the other sides from the play-offs, you just don't know at this stage.

"All you can see is that whoever plays best for the next seven weeks will be guaranteed a place.

"Although I would like to think we can be there."

And the chances of that happening are high, believes Forshaw, because of the depth in quality in the side.

"Even with all these injuries, we can beat any team in the compeition," said Forshaw, who himself has had to deal with arm and back problems so far this season.

"If you think about it, we haven't lost that much.

"Okay, we are without Robbie (Paul) who gives us that X-factor, and we are also missing that instinct that someone like Mick Withers has for scoring tries.

"But we have got some great youngsters coming through.

"The likes of Chris Bridge, Jamie Langley and Aaron Smith have come in and done a great job for us - it is as if the first-choice players aren't even missing."

One player who comes in for particular praise from the veteran, is youngster Stuart Reardon, normally third in the No 1 shirt pecking order behind Paul and Withers.

"Young Stu has come into the side and been fantastic," continued Forshaw, himself playing like a teenager this season.

"I think you could say he is the best full back in the competition at the moment.

"He might be lacking that instinct that someone like Micky Withers has, but other than that he seems to have it all.

"We have a very strong squad here and we know that anyone can come in a do a job.

"Which is why we are going to play Leeds with a few injuries and not really worry about it.

"We have been coping for a long time with guys out, and a game at Headingly against this lot is easily winnable."
