Keighley CUP cricket reaches the semi-final stage on Sunday -- with two classic contests in prospect.

Oakworth take on neighbours Oxenhope and Haworth West End travel to Cullingworth to see who will reach the showpiece final at Keighley CC's Lawkholme Lane ground in September.

Both Haworth West End and Cullingworth are in Division One of the Craven League and should provide a close contest.

West End provide the shock of the quarter-finals when they knocked Silsden out of the competition. In that game Aide Parker top scored with 56 and was backed up by Jason Bilbrough with 47. Stve Potts took four wickets as they snuffed out the Aire-Wharfe side's reply.

Cullingworth made it into the last four with a comfortable seven-wicket victory over Harden.

Oakworth's quarter-final clash with Denholme was de layed because of bad weather and Wynn Cup commitments, but whent hey met it was a brief contest.

Denolme were dismissed for just 18 runs with G Rankin bolwing eight overs, including five maidens and taking five wickets at a cost of only four runs. Oakworth secured an eight wicket win in seven overs.

They now meet Bradford Central side Oxenhope in Sunday's semi-final.
