Bradford Park Avenue have put team manager Carl Shutt in charge of the commercial development at the club on a day-to-day basis in addition his role of first-team chief.
A statement from the club read: Having been appointed manager in March, 2004, Shutt steered his new club to victory in the play-offs for the
final place in Nationwide North, the new second tier of the Nationwide Conference.
His influence in guiding the club forward has now been strengthened by his appointment as commercial manager, responsible for sponsorship, advertising and all other forms of commercial revenue, as well as managing the side on the football field.
Avenue's managing director Phil Lawlor said, "We are delighted with this appointment, which gives Carl a bigger role within the club and recognises his ability to address the off-the-field issues as well as purely football matters.
