Jamie Peacock won't be going anywhere until at least the end of next season, despite Leeds Rhinos tabling an offer for the reigning Man of Steel this week.

"Brian Noble told me Leeds have made a bid and it has been turned down. That's all I know," said Peacock, who is contracted at the Bulls until the end of the 2005 season

"At the moment I am committed to Bradford and I will carry on being committed to Bradford."

The Rhinos have long coveted Peacock. Three years' ago they put in a £75,000 bid for his services.

"I think they made the bid last time just to stir things up a bit but I don't know what they would gain from doing that this time," said Peacock.

"Whether the bid is serious or not, I have no idea, but I couldn't see why they would do that again.

"They are sitting pretty at the top of the table. They have no need to worry about the likes of us - we have to fight it out with another four teams for a play-off spot."

Peacock said he had no idea where his long-term future lay but admitted he would seriously consider any offer to play in Australia.

"My missus is just about to have a kid and we have got some big decisions to make at the end of next year as to what I want to do and where I want to play my rugby. I've got a lot of thinking to do.

"It's a massive comp in Australia and what player wouldn't like to go out there and test themselves? "But I just have to keep as many options open as possible."
