Queensbury A could only muster 13 players and slipped to a 30-15 home reverse against Crigglestone All Blacks in Division Two.

New signing Stuart Calvers made an impressive start and veteran fullback Martin Potts popped over his customary drop goal.

Silsden Park Rangers lost 38-10 to New Earswick All Blacks.

Silsden took the lead through Tony Fella, providing Andy Bowness with the easiest of conversions, and Bowness added a penalty to make it 8-0 after 20 minutes.

A penalty and three tries gave the York side the lead but Silsden hit back with an Bowness penalty to give a half-time score of 20-10.

New Earswick won the second half three tries to two to leave Silsden pointless, but they must recover their composure quickly as they travel to league leaders Newsholme Panthers this Saturday.

Wyke A won 40-12 at Greetland A. Dylan Goldthorpe, Danny Carr (2), Paul Phillips (2), Darren Barrclough and Dean Mitchell posted tries and Michael Wormald kicked six out of seven conversions.
