Another good victory last week kept Guiseley on the coat tails of the leading pack in the UniBond Premier Division and they intend to stay in touch by taking maximum points tomorrow.

They have home advantage over lower mid-table Matlock Town but Guiseley manager Neil Parsley is urging his squad to maintain the attitude that has earned them three wins on the trot and a draw against unbeaten Hyde United.

"We have had some hard games recently and this one should be treated the same by our players," said Parsley, who will restore his squad to full strength after bringing on some of the fringe players in the midweek County Cup win over a young Bradford Park Avenue side.

"We have to keep our little run going and do our best to stay on the tails of the top four in our division. Matlock aren't a bad side and they have two very lively forwards who will take some containing.

"The main reason why we have done well over the last few weeks is that our work-rate has increased. The players have a desire, we are defending well and the extra five per cent of effort has made a major difference.

"If we let that drop we will get beaten."
