In the Woodhouse Cup, Bradford A beat Doncaster A 6-1 with wins from Ihor Lewyk, Chris Wright, Peter Gayson and Graham Redmond. Three games were drawn and one defaulted.

Bradford Central were held 4-4 by Huddersfield A. Peter Rooney, Andrew Butterworth and Nick Edwards all won while top boards Graham Clarke and Phil Watson drew. This result keeps Central in mid-table, still some way off challenging the leaders.

In the I M Brown (Division Two) Trophy, Bradford B lost to Hull B 4-3. George Bak and Tony Youngs both won and there were three draws.

Bradford C lost 5-3 at Dewsbury with wins from Julian Toothill and Werner Rieser and two draws.

In the Clough Trophy, Shipley Predators beat Tory Attack (South Bradford) 2-1 (bonus points 1-1). George Laszlo and Derrick Mason both won, Paul Greenwood drew with Keith Brack and Graham Kirk replied for the visitors.

Bingley Carabineers drew 2-2 (2-) with Shipley Raiders, bonus points pushing them up the table. George Slater and Andrew Lang both won as did John Parr and Younis Qureshi for Shipley.

Bradford Queendroppers drew 2-2 (2-1) with Bradford Internationals. Ihor Lewyk and Chris Wright won for The Ladykillers and Gonzalo Shoobridge and Werner Rieser for the Internationals. Bradford Area Civil Service Sports Club beat Bingley Dreadnoughts 3- (1-1). Liam Haydn drew for Bingley.

Fiddlers Three Plus One were beaten 3-1 by Baks To The Wall (0-1) who defaulted a board, so losing their bonus points.

Ilkley Moors won 3- (-2) at Unison. Unison's Sue Macdonald drew with Arthur Thompson.

North Bradford Knights won 4-0 ( -2) at Dark Horses.
