Albion Sports stretched their unbeaten league run to 13 games with a 4-3 win at Pudsey, Stefan Zoll scoring a brace.

With still over half their league games to play, West Bowling moved into third place in the First Division after completing a double over Idle.

Bowling's visitors proved stubborn in the early exchanges until lively leader Chris Wood's flicked header from Jack Murphy's corner broke the deadlock.

Cory Larvin quickly increased the lead with another header. Wood got the finishing touch for his second and after Idle had come back with a goal, Daz Leach tapped in to complete a 4-1 win.

In the top versus bottom clash at leaders Dudley Hill Rangers, Waggoners were in front until the 44th minute when Ian Walker's header forced an equaliser. Further goals from Keiran Read, sub Floyd Phillips, Craig Brown and Jamie McEwan saw Rangers win 5-3, with Waggoners pulling two goals back in the last five minutes.

It was the Morgan show for Chellow, who stay three points behind Dudley Hill with two games in hand after a 4-3 win over Ring O' Bells Shipley. Winger Matt scored three with Robert scoring the other.

Eastward eased their chances of survival in a competitive division with a

6-2 win over fellow strugglers Clayton Orient.

The only side to lose in the top four were Queensbridge, who lost 2-1 at Westwood.

In a tight affair at Quarry, Mark Callaghan's goal proved the difference in the 1-0 defeat at Division 1A rivals Wibsey.

In round three of the Intermediate Cup, Royal Clayton advanced with a 3-2 win over White Eagles, Ben Collier scoring a hat-trick.

In their latest FA Umbro Vets Cup match, Whetley Lane fell 2-0 behind after just five minutes at Cheadle Nomads before rallying to win 5-4.

Sylvester Warner hit a hat-trick and Paul Atkinson a brace.
