Skipton LMS 2, Oxenhope 3 - Oxenhope fought out an exciting match with last season's champions

In the early play Oxenhope were well on top but missed several chances to take the lead. The first goal went against the run of play when the Oxenhope defence froze and let in the LMS striker.

Oxenhope fought back and a superb strike from Dan Moriarty from an acute angle levelled the scores .

In the second half Oxenhope dominated the play and took the lead with a confident strike from David Collier. Then with 10 minutes to go an LMS break led to a measured cross and LMS found the equaliser.

But five minutes from time Collier struck a winner to give Oxenhope a much needed 3 points in the race for this years title.

Oxenhope Reserves went down 3-2 to Cross Hills with Andy Clements and Chris Day getting on the scoresheet. But they again let in a late goal to lose a well deserved point.
