Concern was growing last night for the safety of a man who has been missing for nearly a week.
David Rowling, 48, of Alma Street, Queensbury, was last seen leaving his home at about 9am last Saturday.
It is believed that he left home with no personal belongings and limited money.
He is described as a white man, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build with short grey hair.
He was wearing an olive-coloured cotton anorak, brown boots, grey or green cord jeans and a green jumper.
Police said there are mounting concerns for Mr Rowling’s health and well-being.
