A campaign to build a £2 million eco-friendly cat re-homing centre has received a £220 cash boost.
Haworth Cat Rescue plans to build a new headquarters in the Aire Valley, which will include an educational centre and feral cat sanctuary. Bosses at the centre collected the money towards the centre appeal at Pets at Home in Halifax.
Assistant store manager Jo Himsworth said “We are pleased to be helping Haworth Cat Rescue raise funds towards a permanent cat homing centre that will improve standards in cat welfare and facilitate educational programmes.”
