Bradford Moor: change of use of vacant grocery unit to A5 hot- food takeaway, 1242 Leeds Road. Bradford Moor: change of use of vacant land opposite Battye Street to car sales with portacabin, land opposite Battye Street. Bradford Moor: installation of external roller shutters, Woodhall Off Licence & Convenience Store, 2 Woodhall Terrace.

City centre: change of use of front part of building into shop and rear to be used as storage and first floor as offices, 103 City Road. City centre: conversion and upper-storey extension of an existing building to provide offices and apartments with on site car parking, 21 Paradise Street. City centre: internal alterations to first floor to form open-plan offices, Forward House, 8 Duke Street.

Clayton Heights: retrospective application for the addition of rear dormer window and front skylight window to property whereby permitted development rights have been removed by planning conditions attached to property under previous application 08/05193/FUL, 23 Dunnock Avenue.
