Greg Robinson has been appointed assistant chief executive recourses at Bradford social housing provider Incommunities.
He joined the housing group from Craven District Council in 2004 as head of business services.
In 2007 he was appointed director of building services and has overseen a transformation of Incommunities’ repairs service.
This has included setting up a one-stop service centre which handles around 13,000 calls a month and introducing an appointments system for customers.
In his new post, Mr Robinson, who is a qualified accountant, will have executive responsibility for finance, legal and governance, IT and HR services.
Geraldine Howley, group chief executive, said: “Greg has extensive experience and a strong track record in finance and operational management and delivering effective customer services.”
Mr Robinson will take up his new role on April 1.
