A police and community together (PACT) meeting for people living in the Worth Valley will be held as part of Thursday’s Oakworth Neighbourhood Forum.
A spokesman for the Bingley and Worth Valley Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “This is the first time that a Worth Valley PACT meeting will be held alongside a neighbourhood forum.
“Although we expect that the majority of attendees will be from the Oakworth area to discuss their issues, all are welcome to attend to discuss local matters with their policing team and the ward co-ordinator.
“We are currently looking at how we can cut down on duplication in the information that we give and receive at meetings.
“What we have found since the launch of PACT is that it is the same small number of people who attend PACT, neighbourhood forums, parish councils and other community meetings.”
The forum takes place at 7pm in Holden Hall.
