Police sealed off a Bradford street after a suspicious package was spotted in a yard today.
A member of the public raised the alarm after noticing a holdall containing white powder which had been thrown over a wall on to spare ground near to a chemical plant in New Works Road, Low Moor, Bradford.
The area was cordoned off while fire crews examined the package.
It was found to be a harmless caffeine-based substance and the cordon was lifted after about two hours.
