Robert Adams, aged 20, of Folkton Holme, Fagley; vagrant being found in or upon enclosed premises, 12 months’ community order, 70 hours’ unpaid work, £150 costs.

Kevin Brian Firth, Aged 29, of Kenton Way, Holme Wood; assault, criminal damage, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £80 costs. Tyrone Antony Gill, aged 20, of Firbank Green, Fagley; two counts of assaulting a police officer, using threatening or insulting words or behaviour, failure to surrender to custody, original offence of driving while disqualified, re-sentenced, jailed for 22 weeks; application to revoke community order and re-sentence, application granted, order revoked.
