A woman had her handbag snatched after she was dragged to the floor and kicked by a man.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the robbery which happened in Durkheim Court, in the Laisterdyke area of Bradford.
The woman, who is in her 50s, was approached by a male suspect who grabbed the straps of her handbag and tried to take it.
She fought the robber but was then dragged to the floor and kicked before the bag was taken.
The suspect then ran off through Durkheim Court towards Heath Street.
He is described as a light-skinned Asian man, aged from his late teens to early 20s.
He was about 5ft 8in tall and was wearing a light-coloured hooded top, possibly grey, and dark grey trainers.
