A woman was kicked in the head up to 15 times when she was attacked by two teenagers she had just had sex with, a court heard.

Kaiser Shabir, 18, was due to be sentenced at Bradford Crown Court today for causing the woman, in her 30s, actual bodily harm in April last year.

His plea of not guilty to attempted robbery was accepted by the Crown.

Shabir’s co-accused, Mudasser Nadeem, 19, branded the aggressor, was sentenced last October.

Nadeem, of Victor Terrace, Manningham, Bradford, was sent to a young offender institution for a total of five years.

He was locked up for 12 months for kicking the woman in the face and four years for robbing, stripping and beating a 16-year-old boy in Lister Park, Manningham.

Shabir, who had nothing to do with the park attack, did not strike the woman, the court heard.

His part in the assault was grabbing at her bag while Nadeem kicked her.

Prosecutor Jayne Beckett said the woman was visiting Bradford.

She fell out with her boyfriend and met Nadeem by chance at a filling station after 11pm.

She joined him, Shabir and two other young men in a car. They told her they were “chilling, driving and drinking,” Mrs Beckett said.

The woman had sex with Nadeem and Shabir in a car park off Oak Lane, Manningham, the court heard.

Nadeem then kicked her repeatedly in the head,.

The judge, Recorder Bryan Cox QC, adjourned the case overnight for a probation service report.

He granted Shabir bail and told him he was looking at non-custodial options.
