An uncle and nephew, facing conspiracy to murder charges, appeared at Bradford Crown Court yesterday.
Christopher Fletcher, 46, of Fletchergate, Nottingham, and James Fletcher, 25, of Grove View Farm, Daleside Road, Pudsey, are charged with conspiracy, between June 19, 2007, and May 10, 2008, to murder Mohammed Nissar Khan.
A trial date was set for July, with a plea and case management hearing in May.
