These pupils travelled back in time to explore life for their peers during the Victorian age.
Key Stage One children at Whetley Primary School dressed in traditional Victorian clothing, baked Victorian buns, learned rote-style during English and maths classes and even enjoyed Victorian PE.
Head teacher Bob Curran said: “The day crossed the curriculum and was a lot of fun. Parents also got involved by helping to make the children’s costumes.
“It has all come together really well.”
