Harvey Watson and Pippi Wilson laid down the law when they took part in a healthy lifestyle event at St Peter’s CE School, Rawdon.
The five-year-olds dressed up in police and traffic warden uniforms as part of a week-long event promoting healthy living at the school.
During the activities, children took part in a number of events including PE sessions, playground games and a sponsored obstacle course.
They also learned the importance of a healthy diet and creating a happy environment for pupils and staff to work and play in.
As part of the promotion, the school also held a health fair attended by outside bodies who came to school to promote good health.
A variety of stalls offered children a chance to try exotic fruits and items from the school’s healthy tuck shop.
Learning mentor Mrs Emsley, who organised the annual event, said: “The pupils always enjoy this week in school.
“They love to see and learn from representatives from outside agencies. Raising the profile of a healthy lifestyle is so important.”
