A retrospective planning application to use a section of Ebor House on Lees Lane was submitted to Bradford Council by Ruth Clements in March.
The application says the work to change the annex into a holiday let with a bedroom, en-suite shower room and living area was completed in September 2025.
It adds: “The development has been completed and is currently in use as ancillary accommodation and as a holiday let.
“Turnover of guests can increase short-term movements, but the annex is managed by the residents of Ebor House, meaning arrivals/departures are regulated. The scale is far below that of a commercial holiday complex.”

Haworth and Stanbury Parish Council had objected to the plans due to parking concerns.
A letter from the Parish Council to Bradford planners said: “The Village Council understand that yellow lines outside of this property have recently been agreed by the District Council due to concerns regarding road safety in this area.”
But planning officers said: “The proposed development is acceptable in principle and would relate satisfactorily to the character of the existing land and adjacent properties. The proposal will not have a significant adverse effect on amenity.
“The proposal raises no issues for highway safety, contamination, biodiversity, drainage or any other planning-related matter.”
