BRADFORD Arts Centre has applied for a new premises licence.
The application, submitted to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, seeks to use St Peter's House, 1 Forster Square, for the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment.
The licence would cover Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.
This application, submitted on July 16, represents a variation to the name and floorplan only.
The public has until August 8 to make representations in writing to the Licensing Team at Shearbridge Depot.
Inspecting the Licensing Register can be done at the same address between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, which carries an unlimited fine.
