A waste-carrying vehicle was found with an insecure load and no tax, and its tailgate held shut with a screwdriver.
The vehicle was found on Keighley Road in Bradford whilst West Yorkshire Police were working alongside colleagues from the Bradford Council Environmental Enforcement Team.
Inside, there was also a retrofitted air conditioning system on the passenger seat.
The vehicle was seized on behalf of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Keighley Road West Yorkshire Police - Bradford West - whilst working alongside colleagues from Bradford Council Environmental Enforcement Team we came across this waste carrying vehicle.
"The insecure load was our primary concern, especially the tailgate held in place by one screwdriver.
"However, the most baffling thing we saw was the retrofitted air conditioning system on the passenger seat.
"As we dealt with the load offence, our Council colleague established that there was no waste carrier licence in place.
"We also discovered that the vehicle was without any road tax.
"Vehicle seized on behalf of Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, driver reported by us for the load offence and reported by the council for the waste trade offence."
