A PERSON was injured when a car crashed into traffic lights and a traffic island on a Bradford road.

Emergency services were called to the scene at Sticker Lane in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Images on social media showed a car was badly damaged after colliding with traffic lights and a traffic island.

The images show police in attendance at the scene.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police confirmed that a person suffered minor injuries in the crash.
