A MAN has been charged following reports of a stabbing in the Bradford district.
Detectives said officers were called to Cavendish Street in Keighley town centre on Saturday evening.
A 46‑year‑old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries, police confirmed.
Charges brought following investigation
Joel Inman, 35, of Cavendish Street, has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
Court appearance
Inman was remanded into custody and set to appear before Bradford Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Police said enquiries into the incident are ongoing.

On Tuesday, a spokesperson for the force said: “Detectives investigating reports of a stabbing on Cavendish Street, Keighley on Saturday night (May 2) have charged a man with offences.
“Joel Inman, aged 35, of Cavendish Street, has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
“He was remanded into custody to appear at Bradford Magistrates’ Court today.
"A 46-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.”
