A recruitment company has delivered its strongest year to date, reporting revenue growth of 31 per cent.
Citrus Connect, a direct sales recruitment consultancy based in West Yorkshire, said the growth was driven by almost £100,000 of investment in digital transformation and automation.
Leena Parmar, founder of Citrus Connect, said: "2025 was a defining year for us.
"Our growth didn’t happen because the market made it easy - it happened because we made bold, strategic decisions that challenged old assumptions, upgraded our technology, and focused the business around the right people."
The investment allowed the company to complete more than 200 recruitment placements in 2025 and improve its average client sales representative retention by 15 per cent.
The business also began exploring new markets, including healthcare and luxury home improvements.
The company plans to grow revenue by 30 to 50 per cent versus 2025.
The team aims to hire four new consultants and continue to expand its presence in emerging markets.
