TWO people were taken to hospital after an "incident" in Bradford - with multiple emergency teams seen outside a wedding venue.

A number of ambulances and police cars were outside Prestige Hall wedding venue on Leeds Road last night.

A spokesperson for Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) told the Telegraph & Argus this morning: "We received a call at 8.15pm to an incident on Leeds Road in Bradford.

"We sent a number of resources and conveyed two people to hospital."

The YAS spokesperson advised the T&A to ask West Yorkshire Police for further information.

The T&A has contacted West Yorkshire Police and requested more official details - but the force is not expected to issue a statement on the incident until tomorrow.
