A BRADFORD 2025 UK City of Culture event has been cancelled.

'The Incredible Moving Cinema' will no longer be making its way across Bradford next week.

An articulated lorry, which transforms into a fully-enclosed cinema auditorium seating 100 people, was set to tour the district between March 29 and April 6.

It had intended to stop at venues such as the Bradford Industrial Museum, Bulls' Odsal Stadium, and the TFD Community Centre in Holme Wood.

However, due to a "due to a technical fault with the equipment which is not able to be repaired in time" this will no longer be happening.

A post on the City of Culture website read: "We are sorry to let you know that the Incredible Moving Cinema screenings have been cancelled.

"This is due to a technical fault with the equipment which is not able to be repaired in time.

"We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

"All tickets bought will be refunded automatically within 3-5 working days. Our team will process refunds back to the original payment method.

"If your payment method has changed since your purchase, please contact our Ticketing team on ticketing@bradford2025.co.uk

"We hope to be able to reschedule screenings for a future date."
