An event celebrating Yorkshire's real estate sector has raised more than £137,000 for Yorkshire Children's Charity.
The Residential Real Estate Awards 2024, also known as The Yorkshires, took place at Leeds' Royal Armouries on October 17.

Developers, architects, agents, and industry leaders attended the night, and awards were announced in categories ranging from Best Large Development and ESG Excellence to the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Cocoa Works, set within the former Rowntree factory on York's Haxby Road and built by Henry Boot Construction & Latimer (Clarion Housing Group), won Best Large Development.
Best Small Development was won by Fountainhead Ventures and Architecture 18 for Church Farm, while Best in Build-to-Rent was won by Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher for The Junction.
Blenkin & Co won Best Small Agent.
Mollie Simms of Richard Boothroyd & Associates, who received the Rising Star Award, said: "I couldn’t believe that I picked up the Rising Star award.
