Bradford-based Commerce Business Systems (CBS) has acquired the contracts and customer base of Sastech Ltd.
CBS supplies print, IT, and telecoms services, and was named this paper's SME Business of the Year for 2024 back in July.
Sastech provides smart office solutions and managed services to customers in the north west and in Wales, from offices in Ellesmere Port (Cheshire) and in Conwy (north Wales).
John Green, managing director of CBS, said: "Sastech and CBS are very similar.
"We are both like-minded, service-led companies, with the same values.
"We provide similar products and solutions and, most importantly, we are both dedicated to excellence in customer service.
"I would like to, personally, welcome all our new customers on board and give my personal assurance that my team are working closely with Sastech’s Scott McNicoll, and his team."
The acquisition is an asset purchase and the two companies will operate under the CBS brand.
