BRADFORD City have announced a two-year extension to their official partnership with Teaching Personnel.

The deal will see the Leeds-based staffing, tutoring and supply agency continue as sponsor of City’s mascot, Billy Bantam, as well as official sponsor of the club’s matchday mascots.

Having first became affiliated with the club back in 2022, the agreement will see Teaching Personnel’s partnership with the Bantams stretch to four years, with this new deal taking the two parties into the summer of 2026 together.

Committed to supporting the local community through school partnerships, this agreement will continue to allow Teaching Personnel - the UK’s leading education recruitment agency - to offer guidance on healthy and active lifestyles to young people across the district, as well as offering school pupils the opportunity to watch live football and engage with the club and supporters through bespoke partnership agreements with local schools, all in partnership with the club.

Preeti Hart, Teaching Personnel managing director, said: “We are delighted to be taking our partnership with Bradford City AFC into a third and fourth year, and are looking forward to continuing our work within the community with our partner schools.

“Seeing our branding on Billy Bantam’s shirt is always a huge honour and a really proud sight for us on each matchday, and we are pleased to also be sponsoring the matchday mascots from next season.

“We cannot wait to see what the next two years of this partnership brings.”

City’s chief commercial officer, Davide Longo, said: “We are pleased to be extending our partnership with Teaching Personnel by a further two years, after an enjoyable and productive first two years of our affiliation.

“To continue opening doors for young people across the district, providing them with the opportunity to watch live football while offering advice on a healthy lifestyle, will be very rewarding, and we are looking forward to seeing Teaching Personnel’s branding continue to be showcased on Billy Bantam and through our matchday mascots.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Preeti and her team for their continued support, and am excited to enter these next two years of our partnership with them.”
