A DRIVER has claimed he will never get behind the wheel again after he was seen using two mobile phones.
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team reportedly spotted the individual in the act on Killinghall Road in the east of the city.
He was stopped after making a "questionable U-turn".
The driver was reported for the offences and saw his car seized.
Elsewhere, a off-road motorbike was seized this morning.
The rider, who was reported, had been seen on Higher Intake Road.
It was reported that he claimed to have been "riding it to the shops because he couldn't be bothered walking".
West Yorkshire Police's Operation Steerside Team has been dedicated to tackling dangerous and anti-social driving in Bradford since the initiative was launched in 2016.
