A SEX offender from Bradford has been fined for failing to register his new passport with police in time.
Brendan Fisher, 36, of Etna Street, in Great Horton, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court, on June 14.
He was sentenced for the offence on the same day.
Court records show that on August 1 last year Fisher, who is on the Sex Offenders Register, failed "without reasonable excuse" to register his new passport at Trafalgar House Police Station, in Nelson Street, Bradford within three days.
He was fined £184 in punishment for the offence.
Fisher was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a surcharge of £74 to fund victim services.
