A ROAD safety operation that will focus on the motorcycling community is underway in the Bradford district.
It began on Monday this week and will run until June 16.
A police spokesperson said the operation involves officers on marked motorbikes and unmarked vehicles.
They added: "The focus is on the motorcycling community, who are largely fully legal but if involved in a collision are more likely to be seriously injured or killed, many through speeding and careless riding.
"The emphasis is around engagement and education rather than enforcement, other than where clear offences need to be positively dealt with."
