A YOUTH has been fined after hitting 115mph on a Bradford district dual carriageway.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons in relation to his age, committed two offences on Skipton Road in Keighley.
He was caught speeding and using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 7.
The teen's driving record was endorsed with eight points.
He was also fined £456, and has to pay a victim surcharge of £182 and £90 in court costs.
The case was heard at Bradford And Keighley Magistrates' Court on Thursday, May 9.
