A MAN from the Bradford district has been charged with attempted murder after a shooting.
Michael Watling, 37, of Guard House Avenue, in Keighley, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
He was remanded in custody and is set to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on June 25.
It comes after police were called to an address in Thorpe Bank, in Little Steeping in Lincolnshire, at 1.15am on Saturday.
A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: "A man, aged in his 30s, was injured when a shotgun was fired and the pellets became embedded in his leg.
"His injuries are not thought to be serious."
Police also arrested a 33-year-old man in connection with the shooting but he has been released on bail.
Lincolnshire Police said its investigation was ongoing.
