EMERGENCY services are dealing with a serious crash involving a car and a motorcycle.
The A65, between Long Preston and Settle, is closed in both directions and is likely to remain so for some time.
Drivers are urged to find alternative routes.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Emergency services are currently dealing with a serious collision on the A65 just south of Settle.
"Motorists are advised to avoid the area for the next few hours while we work at the scene
"Please follow the diversions until further notice."
