A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of section 47 assault.

"He has since been bailed pending further enquiries which remain ongoing with Bradford district police."

The driver's father contacted the T&A about the incident and sent images of damage caused to the van in the incident

He also raised general concerns about crime in the Bradford area and added: "I have become more and more disillusioned with what Bradford has become.

"This has brought forward my desire to leave Bradford sooner rather than later and I know I am not the only one who feels this way."
